RAIN!

So, it is raining.....a lot......still coming down......over 8 inches so far!!!!! Here are some pictures from this morning!

Here is our new friend (turtle in middle of road--huge turtle), unfortunately he didn't make it upstream, he was quickly washed away as you can see from pictures below!

One of the flash floods that has occurred this morning. This is the same view as the picture above, notice our sign in front of our house is underwater partially!

Luckily for us, for some reason Chris was parked in the driveway and me on the street (which we moved uphill), otherwise I have a feeling his car would have floated away!!! Craziness!!!!
