Daisy's first Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We have so much to be thankful for! We had a good trip to Tulsa/Joplin, although Daisy still does NOT love the car! Daisy finally got to meet her uncles this weekend (David, Jimmy, and Steven)! She had such a good time. She is a really good baby! So happy all the time unless she is hungry. It was such fun age to have her see the family now that she is talking and awake more. Everyone enjoyed her tons (and I think they were all happy to see her with a little more weight on her--she is getting to be such a big girl!) Here are some pictures!
Lilly is so good with Daisy. They are going to grow up to be such great friends. Daisy just stares at Lilly trying to figure her out. Lilly will have so much to teach Daisy. The first picture, Lilly is helping to change baby Daisy's diaper---instructing Grammy. ( I should mention that getting her diaper changed is one of her most favorite times, this is when she is so happy and talkative!)In the bottom picture, Lilly is rocking Daisy in her car seat.

Papa LOVES his Daisy and she had the best time talking to him, telling him all kinds of stories. Papa can't wait until she is old enough to go to the hostest store and pick out some ding dongs and snowballs like I used to do when I was a kid!

Some fun pictures of playtime on the floor. Daisy was held so much this week she really liked stretching out on the floor! She is such a happy baby!

We have so many of these pictures, but none quite perfect. Daisy is looking over at her mommy to the side (because she loves her mommy). Nana wanted a picture of Daisy and the pumpkin turkey, Uncle Jimmy is holding her from behind. However, daisy kept sliding around on the granite counter top, so if you notice she is sitting on a pot holder to keep her still!!!
